Nine years ago, when I first got a glimpse of the truth, I was confronted with what had been termed the last stages of astigmatism. Owing to severe headaches I had worn glasses for twelve years. Then pimples on the ball of the eyes developed, with constant itching.

One evening while I was visiting friends, one who was interested in Christian Science noticed my attitude of great suffering and said, "You can be healed of the difficulty." When I exclaimed, "Do you think so?" she answered, "I know." I shall never forget these comforting words. Treatments were lovingly given, and she asked me to read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I very earnestly read the book, and in two weeks the glasses were discarded with no desire to put them on again. Lung and bronchial trouble of long standing also disappeared.

For these and many other blessings I am profoundly grateful. I am striving to add to my storehouse daily through the true concept of God and His idea, man and the universe. Words cannot express my gratitude for this wonderful truth. (Miss) Mary Mlinor, Brainerd, Minnesota.
