I am happy to express my gratitude for a healing which I received on Easter Sunday, 1927, while attending a Christian Science lecture. I was most wonderfully healed of pain, also of severe soreness in my left knee. I could not use or lift my foot at times without the aid of the other foot or hand, and I could not bend my knee. I had difficulty in walking up the few steps leading to the auditorium. While listening to the lecture I was instantaneously healed. I could move my foot and was able to walk out of the auditorium without any suffering or soreness. The lecturer explained that God was right there where the pain seemed to be, but was not. He stated that God fills all space and is everywhere present, and that pain cannot be where God is. I grasped the truth at once and was healed then and there. I was indeed happy and truly grateful, and felt the power and presence of God as in no other healing, perhaps, because I was instantly healed and uplifted by God's power. I have had no return of the pain since.

For this and all other healings which have come to me and mine through Christian Science I am sincerely grateful.
