Ypsilanti, Michigan (First Church).—The new church building of First Church of Christ, Scientist, located at the corner of Adams Street and Washtenaw Avenue, will soon be ready for occupancy. Built of salt and pepper brick, with stately dosseret columns forming the entrance, the church follows the Grecian style of architecture and is one of the most beautiful in the city. The building is forty-six by eighty-three feet. It will be heated by oil, and lighting will be modern and adequate. From the foyer, doors open to the auditorium, which has a seating capacity of three hundred. Temporarily, services will be held in the Sunday school rooms.—Ypsilanti Daily Press.
