I am grateful to God for all that Christian Science has done for me. I suffered for years from neuralgia, which always ended in bilious nausea. Twice a week I had these attacks. I had consulted many physicians, but all was of no avail.

In 1922 a dear friend visited me, and I wanted to meet her at the station; but again I was in bed. My friend found me in severe pain, and on seeing me she told me about Christian Science, and promised to send me two Herolds. She also gave me the address of a practitioner in Chemnitz. I read the Herolds she sent me and found such comfort therein that I asked my sister to go to see a practitioner. I could not go myself, because I was too weak. I could not even attend to my household duties any longer. The practitioner visited me shortly afterwards, and then I was very lovingly given absent treatment until I could attend the church services. My healing took place slowly. I can now eat anything set before me, and no longer take medicine or need a physician. I have also been healed of hemorrhages, from which I had suffered for several weeks.

I thank God with all my heart for His help; and I gratefully think of Mary Baker Eddy and the loving practitioner who led me to the truth.
