[Written for the Sentinel]

"Arise! Shine!"

Man is reflection,
Idea within the parent Mind.
I wait, expectant—
This is my home, divine, eternal;
Beginning and end—there are none:
The Father's work is done.

His command came to me:
"Go to a weary world,
Unfold the right, the true,
That is your task."
But how was I to accomplish it?
I looked, and caught the deific smile,
full of health and truth.
I took this to men; it was enough—
Just the smile of God.
Man is reflection.
