I became interested in Christian Science eight years ago, and am grateful for the healings I have received since then. I have had much help spiritually, mentally, and physically. Christian Science has brought me out of darkness into light, and this light has given me a clearer understanding of God and man.

I was healed of appendicitis when the doctors had said that an operation would be the only relief for me. A loving friend had mentioned Christian Science to me and said that I could be healed. I took up the study of Christian Science, and with the help of a practitioner was healed in a short time. I am most grateful for the healings and demonstrations I have had. I have also been completely healed of dementia, which was caused by hate, fear, and worry. I have nothing to hate, fear, or worry about now, since God has been, is, and ever will be my protector; for God is our Father-Mother. As we keep our thoughts filled only with the good that God bestows, evil beliefs cannot enter. I was also healed of throat trouble and colds.

I wish to use what I know of Christian Science for the benefit of mankind. I am most grateful to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and for Christian Science.
