[Writen for the Sentinel]

Thou Art All

Oh, Life! Oh, Love! I know,
If in Thy presence I would be,
Dwell in Thy love forever free,
Reflecting truth that is of Thee—
I know that Thou alone to me
Must be my All.

Oh, Life! Oh, Love! I know That only as I walk each day In Christlike service all the way, And to Thy will my own will lay—Then only can I truly say, Thou art my All.

Oh, Life! Oh, Love! I know
Each step with Thee doth quiet pain,
Doth turn to sunshine all the rain,
Then lifts me to that higher plane,
Where all is health and peace again—
Where Thou art All!

Oh, Life! Oh, Love! I know
In Thy protecting strength I rest,
For I am here at Thy behest;
No longer am I  error's quest;
Alone with Thee I am Thy guest, For Thou art All!
