Letters from the Field

"When I wrote two weeks ago asking the privilege of spending a few days at the sanatorium, I seemed to be under a spell, 'worn and hard beset with troubles' of mind and body. In former years I should have taken to the woods, looking for a complete change. On my arrival, Wednesday last, I was grateful for the ride up the hill. By Saturday I was grateful to walk up the hill. Had any one suggested on my leaving home that I could have done so within two weeks, sense-testimony would have said 'Impossible.'

"Truly an atmosphere of love divine envelops one at this oasis, so lovingly hoped for by our Leader, and made possible by the gratitude of her followers. With confidence renewed in the healing power of Truth, as we are taught in Christian Science, and real strength restored, I felt I should give place for some other weary wanderer to experience this real healing.

"I am truly grateful.
