I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me and mine. My grandmother was healed of neuralgia in her eightieth year. My mother was healed of paralysis. I have been healed of diphtheria and influenza. Christian Science has helped us financially. We were forced from business during the war, but through Science help we realized a small amount of money. Feeling that we should "owe no man any thing, but to love one another," we asked the services of a practitioner, and paid him for his work.

For all these proofs of God's care I am very thankful. I am thankful for the spiritual uplifting of thought. We who are hundreds of miles from churches and lectures find the periodicals of especial and inestimable value. I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church, and desire to show my gratitude by living nearer to God and to Mrs. Eddy's teachings.
