With a heart filled with gratitude I wish to testify to the experience which it has been my privilege to have through Christian Science. Through constant reading of the Bible, the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and Der Herold der Christian Science, my understanding of Christian Science grew more and more, so that I experienced the joy which comes to one as the result of the recognition of the ever-presence of God and the real man. Through holding fast to the thought that "divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need," as found in Science and Health (p. 494), my wife and I have been able to overcome every illness which has come to us. I am especially grateful for the inner transformation, which is a concomitant of the practice of Christian Science, and for the wonderful peace brought about by the consciousness of God and the thought of safety in Him.

My deepfelt prayer is that I may express my gratitude, not only in words, but also by my life. We thank God that He has revealed Christian Science to us through Mrs. Eddy. May this great work bless and enrich all men, and bring them the peace which the world cannot give.
