I gladly testify that I have received rich blessings through Christian Science. I have been healed of a difficulty in breathing which had tormented me for thirty years. A broken arm was healed in a few weeks; and a short time ago I had a wonderful proof of the healing efficacy of Truth. Early in the morning I received a letter which contained a minute description of an illness. Suddenly I remembered that, many years before, I had suffered from the same ailment; and I dwelt upon this. In the evening this illness made its appearance, with all its disagreeable accompaniments. I clung to the thought, "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want;" hence, if I cannot lack anything, all is well, for "every function of the real man is governed by the divine Mind," as Mrs. Eddy says on page 151 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." In twelve hours I was free. Formerly I had suffered from this ailment for years. Through this experience I have learned that every false thought separates us from God, and that we must "watch," as Christ Jesus said.
