"To every man his work"

We may learn many helpful lessons from the records of the building of the tabernacle by the children of Israel.

Unity

The second chapter of Acts speaks of the apostles as "all with one accord in one place," and tells of the spiritual baptism or descent of the Holy Ghost upon them and the wonderful message which it enabled them to give out,—a message which "every man heard them speak in his own language.

Many people, at one time or another, perhaps at some exhibition or place of amusement, have found themselves in a room surrounded by twisted mirrors, reflecting weird forms and causing much amusement.

Prof.
A little over ten years ago Christian Science crossed my path.
I desire to give my testimony of physical and mental healing.
Some time ago, while thinking how much I had to be grateful for since taking up the study of Christian Science, I realized I had never been put to a great test, and wondered, in case of severe accident or sickness, to what extent I should prove loyal to God, through the teachings of Christian Science.
It is with loving gratitude to Christian Science that I give the following testimony.
It is now seven years since I took up the study of Christian Science; and as I read the many helpful and uplifting testimonies in the periodicals and enjoy them so much, I feel that I too should try to show my appreciation and express my gratitude in this way, hoping that in so doing I may be able to encourage and help some one.
Christian Science has completely cured me of a disease which was pronounced practically incurable by a number of physicians.
I first heard of Christian Science five years ago.
Since babyhood I had been troubled with severe constipation, and at the age of ten was taken ill with stoppage of the bowels, which resulted in appendicitis.
I wish to add my testimony to the many helpful ones appearing in the periodicals, hoping it may help other mothers to make demonstrations for their children.
