Through Christian Science I was rescued almost instantly from suffering occasioned by a physical disorder, of many years' standing, which threatened to end fatally in a short time. When the truth was presented to me by a loving student, I knew at once that it was the righteousness for which I was hungering and thirsting. I had spent many weary weeks in bed, suffering not only from sleepless days and nights filled with pain, but from forebodings of torments still to come. The first evening spent in recounting Bible healings and listening to readings from "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, was followed by refreshing sleep, from which I did not wake until noon, when I found myself well and radiantly happy. Since then it has indeed been a new earth to me, for I am finding through a study of Mrs. Eddy's wonderful works—as well as our periodicals, which are a living memorial to her inspirational wisdom—not only that the kingdom of heaven is at hand, but that we are learning how to enter in now!

I am deeply grateful for the proofs, which I continue to witness, of the completeness and power of the Christ, Truth, to destroy all evils.
