The writer of an article which appeared recently included Christian Science Practitioners in a list of so-called "irregular healers." Although the writer admitted that these irregular healers "would not exist if they did not fill a kind of need," the need which Christian Science fills was not accurately described. The great need of the world is a demonstrable understanding of Christ's Christianity. Christian Science is meeting this need by teaching the spiritual and eternal nature of God and man. Christian Science practitioners are proving that the religion of Christ Jesus heals the sick to-day as surely as it did when Jesus and his disciples freed mortals from the fetters of fear and disease centuries ago.
