Shortly after commencing the study of Christian Science, on returning home one day I found my little girl had spilled half a bottle of hydrofluoric acid over her hands and clothing. Through the realization that God is the only power, she had no sense of pain, although her clothes were riddled.

One of the family, who is not a Christian Scientist, had an unpleasant odor about his feet. My little girl told me hers had manifested the same. She and I decided to stand steadfast in not even admitting error's false claims. Her healing was instantaneous, and the relative was healed also. What a joy it is to know that others may be healed indirectly, as we are obedient!

I am indeed thankful to God, and grateful to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, and to Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, for this Science of right thinking.
