Mr. Henry Wilson, well-known sculptor and architect, at the opening of the Exhibition by the Netherland-England Society, said, "Art is power against war and destruction; it is the enemy of ruin and misery. It also cultivates complete honesty and frankness, which is so needed at present; and in this way draws to itself many splendid qualities."
