I send this testimony as an expression of gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me, and hope it will be of help to some one who is bound as I was. Five years ago I was healed of the cigarette habit, after being a heavy smoker for twelve years. After three days' treatment by a Christian Science practitioner, I found myself free; and I have had no return of this desire. I have found Christian Science a wonderful help in the overcoming of sin. By the study of Christian Science, and with the faithful help of practitioners, sin which I had never expected to be free from has been destroyed.

I have also had physical healings since coming into Christian Science; and for all these blessings I am indeed grateful. I cannot close this testimony without adding a word of gratitude to the practitioners who have helped me, in my time of need, to see this wonderful truth.
