As I have received so many benefits from Christian Science, I feel I should at least write a testimony of thanks to God for the many blessings and healings we have experienced during the past three years. Many times have I read Bible passages of healings and promises of good, but never could realize such things to be possible until I learned the truth in Christian Science. One statement in particular, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword," has been proved to us a fact beyond doubt, by instantaneous healings we have experienced.

My wife, who was a graduate nurse, having been actively engaged in nursing for over seven years, had great faith in materia medica; and being in contact with many of our leading physicians, we had the very best medical attention. But she was gradually growing worse from stomach disorder, doctors disagreeing at times as to the nature of it. It was very evident that she was becoming quite an invalid with her dieting, until at last she partook of little or no food. Fainting spells were very common; so it was finally decided to have an X-ray photograph taken to determine the exact nature of the disorder. The night before her engagement at the specialist's office, she decided to give Christian Science a trial. We had had a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy in our home for a short time, but had never before given it any consideration. The next morning we visited a Christian Science practitioner, and my wife was healed instantaneously. From that hour on she ate what she desired; and she has been enjoying the best of health since.

Our boy, who is now six years of age, suffered from convulsions, which usually appeared at intervals of about every four or five weeks. This condition was also healed through the patient and loving help of a practitioner.
