Among the Churches

Current Notes

Leeds, England (First Church).—Work has been started on the building of the new Christian Science church in Headingley Lane. In the year before the war it was decided to build a new church and Sunday school at the corner of Headingley Lane and Richmond Road. The school was first erected; and it is in this building, facing Richmond Road, that the services of the church have been held. Now, however, the larger scheme is being undertaken, and when the church has been added to the existing Sunday school, the building, which is in the Neo Grec style, will have a total frontage on Headingley Lane of one hundred feet.
