I am deeply grateful for all that Christian Science has done for me. A few years ago I was in great distress through the loss of my only son in the war. I was a member of a denominational church, but seemed to find no comfort in its teachings. Christian Science was the first thing that helped me and brought me comfort. Through the study of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and the loving help of a practitioner, I gradually obtained a clearer knowledge of God and of man's relation to Him; and through that new and better understanding I was healed of grief. Physically, also, I have been greatly benefited through Christian Science.
