With a great sense of gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me, I want to add my testimony to the power of Truth to heal. For over forty years, I had been a member of a denominational church, taking an active part in the church work and Sunday school; but I was always reaching out for something I could not find. Seven years ago, Christian Science came to me; and I gradually found what I was longing for. Many healings have come to me, but one in particular I would like to mention. Two years ago, a severe cold attacked me. I tried to overcome it myself, but pneumonia developed. Then help was asked from a Christian Science practitioner, and was quickly, lovingly given. The error was overcome within three days, besides the breaking of an abscess, without any pain, which had formed between my left eye and ear. Those three days were a wonderful experience to me, being filled with the consciousness of the presence of divine Love, and giving me a new song of love and gratitude.

I saw my mother every day at the time the healing she mentions took place, and I can testify that it occurred just as she has stated.
