Announcement

The contract for the publication and sale of the Works of Mary Baker Eddy, entered into between the Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy and The Christian Science Publishing Society in October, 1917, was rescinded by mutual agreement on June 15, 1922. The Trustees under the Will have now assumed the publication of Mrs. Eddy's writings.

The Publishers have appointed Harry I. Hunt, C. S., at one time assistant to Mrs. Eddy's Publisher, as their Agent.

Beginning November 1, 1922, all orders for Mrs. Eddy's Works should be addressed to and remittances therefor made payble to Harry I. Hunt, Publishers' Agent, 107 Falmouth Street, Back Bay Station, Boston, Mass., U. S. A.

Lecture Reprints

Reprints of Christian Science lectures, for distribution with Sentinels on the occasion of the delivery of a lecture, are now available. Each reprint covers approximately four pages of the size of the Sentinel page, and should be used as an insert. Dates of Sentinels used are left to the discretion of each church or society, but recent issues are considered preferable, and are the only ones which can be supplied by the Publishing Society.

The price of the reprints is $3.00 net per one hundred copies, and they may be purchased separately or in connection with Sentinels.

Owing to the general demand for the reprints, it has been decided to supply Christian Science reading rooms desiring to carry them for sale. The quantity price is the same as stated above, the retail price to be 5 cents each.

Orders from individuals will also be filled at the rate of 5 cents a copy.

Orders

All orders for literature, subscriptions, and miscellaneous articles should be accompanied by the remittance. Address all orders and make checks payable to The Christian Science Publishing Society, Back Bay Station, Boston, Massachustts.

European Bibles

Beginning November 1, 1922, the Christian Science reading rooms throughout Great Britain and Continental Europe are requested to send all orders for Bibles direct to Oxford University Press, Amen Corner, London, instead of through the European Office of The Christian Science Monitor, Amberley House, London, as at present.

Remittances, however, for these Bibles should be sent direct to The Christian Science Publishing Society, Back Bay Station, Boston, Massachusetts, U. S. A.

Change of Address

When subscribers are contemplating a change of address, the Publishing Society would appreciate a notification of the change as far in advance as possible in order to insure uninterrupted delivery of the periodicals.

Subscribers are requested to give both the old and the new address and the name of every periodical for which the change is desired.

Articles and Testimonies

Articles from members of The Mother Church and good testimonies from those healed by Christian Science are always welcomed for consideration by the Editors. They should be typewritten (double spaced) or written legibly, on one side of the paper only; and the addresses given should be complete. The title "Miss" or "Mrs.," as the case may be, should be added. Married women should sign their own names in full, instead of the names of their husbands.

Testimonies should be verified by three members of The Mother Church, and in the case of a member of a branch church one of the verifiers should be the clerk or some other officer of that church, who has either witness the healing or can vouch for the integrity of the testifier. In the verification of testimonies by an officer, the title of the office should be given. An affidavit made before a Notary Public is acceptable, if the testifier does not know three members of The Mother Church.

Manuscript for publication in the Journal and Sentinel, whether articles, poems, or testimonies, and correspondence relating thereto, should not be addressed to individuals, but to the Editorial Department, The Christian Science Publishing Society, Back Bay Station, Boston, Massachusetts.

Compliance with the foregoing will greatly facilitate the work of the Editorial Department.

From the Church Treasurer

Per Capita Tax.—The annual per capita tax for which the Manual provides (Art. VIII, Sect. 13) is due from members of The Mother Church, June 1, but may be paid at any time during the year. The per capita tax of those who unite with the church in November is reckoned from the preceding June, that being the beginning of the church year. If a remittance for church dues is more than the amount required to balance one's account, the surplus is credited for the current year, unless otherwise directed by the sender.

Contributions to The Christian Science Benevolent Association are acceptable; and contributions may also be made to the General Fund and the Real Estate Fund of The Mother Church.

Please make all remittances payable to Edward L. Ripley, Treasurer, and send them to him at 236 Huntington Avenue, Back Bay Station, Boston, Massachusetts.
