About ten years ago I first heard of Christian Science; but held myself entirely aloof until, through financial difficulties, principally the result of the war, I turned to Christian Science and, under the guidance of a Christian Science practitioner here, tried to understand it and to know the truth. Although only a beginner, I am already firmly convinced that this is the only right teaching about God and the Christ-idea. As mentioned before, I turned to Christian Science as the result of financial difficulties, and have received many blessings; for, not only was complete financial bankruptcy avoided, but opportunities presented themselves through which these difficulties were entirely overcome. This success, as well as its consequences, is unquestionably due to Christian Science.

Some months ago I became ill with a very acute attack of grippe. Through Christian Science treatment, on the part of an untiring and loving practitioner here, I was completely restored in an amazingly short time. My wife has also received many blessings. Through Christian Science treatment she was healed in a very short time of tympanitis.

My wife and I express heartfelt gratitude to God for His mercy, for His blessings, and for having shown us the only right way to Him through Christian Science, through which we may seek and find the truth. We are also happy to express sincere gratitude to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science.
