It is with great joy that I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science. In April, 1921, I was healed of a goiter, which medical treatment had failed to cure. I had been told by physicians that in the future I should have to undergo an operation. I had taken electrical treatments, and so on; but they were of no use. My throat seemed to grow worse; and I also had curvature of the spine. It was then I learned of Christian Science. A practitioner was living near us, and she told my mother of its healings. This encouraged my mother. I got "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and also a Quarterly. At first, I did not grasp what I read; but as I went on, I understood it better. I went to Sunday school; and this, of course, helped me also. I was healed in about two and one half months of both the above diseases.

I have not enough words to express my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for this wonderful truth which she has revealed to us, and can only say that I am grateful for these healings and many others.
