The Christian Scientist is considered a very safe member...
Montreal Gazette
The Christian Scientist is considered a very safe member of the community in which he resides, respected by his neighbors, and has the good opinion of the business world; and this is acknowledged to be the result of the religion of Christian Science. If this is the fruit of Christian Science, the tree must be good. Jesus said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments;" which is not only to preach the gospel, but also to heal the sick, which is equally important. It is nearly sixty years since Mrs. Eddy, through her search of the Scriptures, rediscovered the Principle of divine healing, and named her discovery Christian Science. During this time Christian Science has been brought prominently before the public through its regular services; and in no instance has its church been used to revile any other religion. Paul writes, "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord."
