In appreciation of the wonderful help I have received since coming into Christian Science I send the following testimony in the hope that it may be of benefit to those who read it. While I did not come into Christian Science for any physical healing, since taking up its study I have had many beautiful healings, two of which I would like to tell about. One was the leaving off of glasses worn for what the oculist called astigmatism. I was informed that I would have to wear them continually, but they were discarded after one treatment. This was two years ago and to-day my sight is normal. The other was the healing of a sprain affecting a tendon in the foot; the trouble was overcome in two days without my losing a minute from business, whereas the same difficulty once before kept me away from business two weeks, part of the time in bed.

While I am very grateful for all the physical healings I have experienced, I am more grateful than words can express for the wonderful mental and moral uplift derived from the reading of our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, along with the Bible and all other authorized literature. I also want to thank God for the help received from our loving practitioners and for the privilege of membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church.—Herbert Berliner, New York, N. Y.
