A year ago, when the influenza was prevalent, I was living near my husband's camp in a small town in Maryland. One day this disease took hold of me and I was filled with intense fear. Conditions in the town were not conducive to the best work in Science, so help was asked from a practitioner residing in a neighboring city. The actual healing did not take place for about a week, but I was able to be up all day, retiring about the usual time. The fourth day I was awakened from my dream of fear to such an extent that a permanent healing came a day or so later.

I am so thankful for Christian Science and for Mrs. Eddy's unceasing effort in giving to the world this truth. I have had many healings and have been able to demonstrate over a few erroneous conditions myself.
