Since a clearer sense of freedom from bondage comes through sharing our blessings with others, I write this testimony. Having been born and brought up in Christian Science, my twin sister and I have escaped many of the false beliefs which other children, leaning on materia medica, have to unlearn, and we have been spared much suffering in the past eighteen years. During the epidemic of influenza we found ourselves manifesting the symptoms of this ailment, but with the loving help of a practitioner, after some time all of the discordant conditions were overcome, even the appearance of pneumonia. Christian Science has been helpful not only in physical healing, but also in our efforts to gain an education. With the broadening of education has come the grander realization of the allness of the one Mind, God, who supplies our needs and dispels fear. Often the poems of our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, have been a source of great joy when seeming depression, unhappiness, hate, and resentment have appeared, only to be overcome by right thinking. The Christian Science Sunday school has been of great benefit to us as well as to our smaller sisters.

Our one desire is daily to learn more of this wonderful truth and to help others by putting it into practice ourselves. It is with hearts full of loving gratitude that we wish to express our appreciation of what Mrs. Eddy has done for the world in giving us her marvelous discovery of demonstrable Truth.—(Miss) Edith Jahn, White Plains, N.
