Christian Science has made life worth living, and as I scan the past I know that I never really knew what it meant to live before taking up the study of it. For years I had lived under the cloud of invalidism, pronounced by physicians and always kept in mind by my family and friends. I did little else than worry and study over the apparent symptoms. Then I made the acquaintance of some people who seemed different from any I had known, and I soon learned why. They had found the "pearl of great price"—Christian Science. I knew as soon as I heard its wonderful teachings, that it was the truth, and doubt has never entered my consciousness since. At once I began the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and through this study I was healed. I had no other help.

This healing, while wonderful and a great blessing, is not all I have derived from Christian Science. Every need has been met, and the spiritual uplift means more than all else. I have had the privilege of class instruction, and much happiness has come through being able to let the blessed light shine, that others may see and glorify God. I am trying to show my gratitude to our beloved Leader by loving more and following as nearly as I can the way she has shown us.—(Mrs.) Maude E. Fisher, Wallace, Idaho.
