Whenever I have not been able to lift my thoughts above material things or seemed unable to realize the ever presence of God, Love, on turning to the testimonies in the Sentinel or Journal I have always been uplifted with thankfulness to God for what He has done for others. It has never failed to awaken gratitude for what He has done for me, and what He is doing at all times for us all. My heart overflows with gratitude to Mrs. Eddy, who has established these periodicals and has given us the privilege of telling publicly how good God has been to us, so that others may feel comforted and more assured at each reading, that God is here and now willing to heal us of sin and disease, when we turn to Him with our whole heart.

Christian Science came to me when I thought I was losing my mind because of an incurable disease. Reading the book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy was all that was necessary to heal both the disease and the fear of insanity. Since that time I have had many healings, some with the aid of practitioners, and others with the understanding of God that I was gaining by my daily study and by trying to put into practice what I was learning of Christian Science. I am very thankful for the privilege of adding one more testimony of God's love to man and hope it will encourage some one.
