I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science and the many blessings I have received. I commenced the study of this religion six years and a half ago, after attending a testimony meeting. Science and Health was purchased next morning and it has been my daily study ever since. I was healed in that first meeting of a spinal trouble from which I had suffered for fifteen years. I had gotten out of bed that day for the first time in three weeks and met a friend who had been healed by Christian Science. He asked me to go to the church that evening, but I rebelled and told him I would not go and moreover did not want to hear about Christian Science. Later in the afternoon, however, I felt that I could not wait for the time to start, I had such a desire to attend the meeting.

I have also been healed of chronic stomach disorder, sprained and broken ankles, and many other physical troubles; but the knowledge of God, the illumination of the Bible, and the other awakening which Science and Health and the other writings of Mrs. Eddy have given me I feel to be the greatest blessings that have ever come into my life. Christian Science has been our only physician during these years, and I rejoice that I live in the age in which God has been revealed to us through this demonstrable religion. — (Mrs.) SALLY R.
