I cannot withhold my testimony any longer, having benefited so much from reading others. Nearly four years ago I was a hopeless wreck, having a supposedly incurable disease. Specialists in Liverpool and London gave no hope of my recovery, and said I would not live long. The sight of one eye had completely gone and the other was gradually getting worse. I prayed earnestly to God for help and my prayers were answered. A relative who had been healed in Christian Science sent me some literature, and from the moment I began to read it I knew Christian Science was the truth. At first I could only see to read a few lines, but in a few weeks found myself reading perfectly with both eyes without the use of glasses, which had been worn for twelve years. I was also completely healed of the many ailments from which I had been suffering. All this came about just through the reading of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and other Christian Science literature. Material remedies were thrown away, and I decided to rely thereafter on God for my help.

Headaches, which I had nearly every day for twelve years, also burns and colds, have been overcome almost instantly. All these healings are much to be grateful for, yet the physical freedom is not to be compared to the spiritual healing, for which I am truly grateful.
