Berkeley, Cal.—During the four months of the fall semester of 1917, the Christian Science Society of the University of California distributed at testimony meetings and through the mail to students and faculty members, 103 Sentinels, 434 Journals, 9 Herolds, 1422 Monitors, and 45 newspapers containing lectures on Christian Science. Subscriptions to the Monitor were supplied to the Military School of Aeronautics, the Faculty Club, and the current events class of the University Extension Division. The authorized literature in the University Library was completed by the addition of the Hymnal, "The Mother Church," by Joseph D. Armstrong, and the current pamphlets, each of the latter being separately bound and catalogued.
