Gratitude impels me to write of a beautiful experience which we have recently had in our family as the result of the healing power of Truth as demonstrated in Christian Science. During the years since we have been acquainted with this beautiful teaching, we have had numerous blessings, which I acknowledge with joy and gratitude; but it is that recent experience which especially impels me to give this testimony and voice my thankfulness.

A few weeks ago my husband had a sudden and severe attack of bronchitis, accompanied by fever and general exhaustion, so that he was unable to do any kind of work. With his consent we at once met this error with the truth as taught in Science and Health, and treatment was also given by a Christian Science practitioner. Then it became evident again what trust in God and the power of Truth can do. The catarrh loosened and a surprisingly quick healing took place. Within five days my husband was completely well. In a similar case two years ago, when he was a member of a sick fund association, he had to call in a doctor, and it was three weeks before he was well again.

For this wonderful proof of the ever presence of divine Love and for the healing power of Christian Science I am deeply grateful.—Mrs. Glade, Bern, Switzerland.
