Deep gratitude impels me to tell what Christian Science has done for me. When I turned to it a few years ago I was suffering from what the doctors called congestion of the blood, rheumatism, nervous trouble, and severe headaches, but with the help of a practitioner in a short time I was restored to perfect health. At the last treatment glasses which had been worn for two years were laid aside.

Since then a paralyzed condition was overcome in a few days. I have also experienced an instantaneous healing of an injured finger. Although it was badly crushed, so that the bone was splintered, there was no sense of pain. I immediately applied the truth as taught in Christian Science, with the result that in a little while the finger was normal in size and in a few days it was completely healed. For this experience I am exceedingly grateful, as it proved to me the ever-presence and power of God. My health is now better than ever before. Divine Love has since been and always will be my only physician.

I am grateful for the physical healing, but still more for the spiritual uplift, for the peace of mind that indeed "passeth all understanding." I am deeply grateful to our Leader, who has revealed this truth to all mankind, and I hope to live each day as one should live who professes to be a Christian Scientist.—Mary Herb, Philadelphia, Pa.
