I have been a reader of the Sentinel for over four years, and wish to add my testimony of gratitude for the privilege of having such a companion in my home. Before studying Christian Science I never read the Bible, as I could not understand it; now I study it daily with the Lesson-Sermons, and am more than grateful for the understanding of the Scriptures gained with the light thrown on them by the passages from our textbook.

A little over a year ago I went through a great trial when my mother passed on, and for the help received at that time through Christian Science I cannot express my gratefulness. I am striving daily to follow Christ's example, that I may be able some day to give the peace to others that was given me.
