The healing of a poisoned finger through the realization of the truth expressed in an article on the Home Forum page of the Monitor some time ago is only one of many proofs of the healing and regenerating power of Truth as taught us in Christian Science. I have been healed of chronic stomach disorder, and of eye trouble on account of which glasses had been worn for eleven years. Though my eyes are used more than formerly, my sight is better than ever. At the time of our marriage my wife was antagonistic to Science and a great scoffer. For several years after our little girl was born my wife was constantly ailing. One physician said he could find nothing wrong, another declared she would have to undergo an operation; but in her case it was again proved that "man's extremity is God's opportunity." She asked for and received Christian Science treatment and was perfectly healed.

In January, 1914, we had the blessed privilege of joining the church. I owe all this to the self-sacrifice of our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who so lovingly gave this blessed truth to the world that all mankind might know the truth that makes free.—
