I am glad to tell of the many blessings which Christian Science has brought to us. A few years ago my husband was taken with severe lung trouble, and as one of his brothers had passed on with this disease our fear was very great. His physician said there was no medicine that could help him and advised him to go to Arizona. He did so, but while there contracted a severe cold, and after a trip of six weeks returned home much worse than when he left. Our need was very great when Christian Science was brought to my notice and I began to study the text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. My husband was finally persuaded to try Science and was healed in one treatment.

Many times the power of Truth has healed our five children, and we can truly say God is our only help in times of trouble. I have been healed of discontent and a sense of gloom over financial affairs. My disposition has also been changed, and there is a joy in my heart and a song on my lips all the day. My great desire is to help others to know of this glorious truth that sets men free. The more I study the life of Mrs. Eddy the more I appreciate what it meant to give us this religion of love, and I am grateful to her, as well as thankful to God, for Christian Science.
