It is with a heart full of love and gratitude for what Christian Science has done in our home that I send this testimony. We had very little knowledge of what Christian Science really is, but the healing of an uncle led us to make a study of it. Through the understanding gained by the study of the Bible, together with Science and Health, we have been able to overcome many inharmonious conditions. Sorrow, worry, hatred, and ingratitude, also catarrh, croup, colds, whooping-cough, and a weakness of years' standing, all have yielded to the healing power of Truth. Although we are grateful for these proofs of physical healing, we are more grateful for our spiritual healing, which makes us pray daily that we may do some good, and teaches us how to love our neighbor. My earnest wish is that more may learn of this saving truth.

Since coming to South Dakota we have had tests of our faith and understanding, in some instances under very trying circumstances, but when we have put Science to the proof it has never failed us. Especially am I grateful for the demonstration made at the birth of my little daughter last August, for I was free from nearly all the so-called laws and limitations usually believed to be necessary at such a time.

For all Christian Science has done for us and is doing each day, we are able to express our gratitude only as we live the truth we know. I am very grateful to Mrs. Eddy for the love, patience, and spiritual-mindedness which enabled her to give to a hungry world her inspired books. The Sentinel and the Monitor are a daily pleasure in our home.
