I have been healed through Christian Science of chronic bowel trouble, stomach disorder, ulcerated tooth, colds, headache, and numerous other ailments, as the result of Christian Science treatment and the study of the Bible together with Science and Health. The study of the Lesson-Sermons and the reading of the articles in the Sentinel, Journal, and Monitor have also been a great help to me.

For three years God has been our only physician, and we have had better health than when we used material means. I used to be troubled every winter with rheumatism and a severe throat affection, and so came to dread the thought of winter, believing I would have to suffer from these ailments ; but now I know that I do not, and so Christian Science is a preventive as well as a healer of diseases. I have learned that God is All-in-all, and if we work earnestly the demonstration will be made. I have been able to help others by declaring the truth and knowing that man in the image and likeness of God is perfect. My husband has been healed of fever ; also of headache, and has been able to return to work after one treatment, when before we came into Science he would be home from work for a week with the same difficulty while under a doctor's care.

We are very grateful for these manifestations of Love, and thankful to know that God is all powerful and ever present, that "neither death, nor life, . . . nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God." I am indeed thankful to God for all these blessings, and for the understanding I have of the truth ; also grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving us the truth, and to all those who have helped me in gaining an understanding of Christian Science.
