I herewith wish to give my thank-offerings for the help received through Christian Science. For nearly twenty-three years I was afflicted with various forms of abdominal complaint, and suffered with pain in the back, head, and eyes, to which a serious eruption on the face was added during the last four years. I was unable to sleep at night, and would get up in the morning as wearied as when I retired. My suffering at times was intense, and the physicians whom I consulted could do little beyond relieving me somewhat; but now I am free from these distressing conditions.
About a year ago I was told of Christian Science, and I attended church the following Sunday. From that day to this I have rarely missed a meeting or service, and I am glad to say that I feel much more hopeful and happy, and am reading the Bible, as well as Science and Health and other Christian Science literature, daily. I am indeed grateful to know that God is always with me, and that to our heavenly Father alone belongs the glory for all the good that has come to me. I am also thankful to Mrs. Eddy for pointing out the way to Truth.
Mathilde Matthiesen Kullrich, Olympia, Wash.
