I am deeply grateful for all that Christian Science has done for me. Several years ago I was suffering intensely, as both ears were discharging and my hearing had become much impaired. The doctor, an ear specialist, was very conscientious and did all he could to help me, but there seemed to be no relief in materia medica. He said that if only the ears could be healed and the discharge stopped, I must be content if I could not hear. I had been under his care for two years, and at this time was using twice a day the strongest wash that he dared give me, besides another medicine. I also had electric treatments once a week.

Very much discouraged, I finally turned to Christian Science, and after the first treatment was so fully convinced of Truth's healing power that all my medicines were thrown away. I had also been doctoring for other physical disorders, but I went away for a six weeks' visit with no other remedy than Christian Science. After a few treatments the discharge stopped, and I am thankful to say that my hearing gradually returned. The healing is now complete. All other physical ailments have been healed by this saving truth, and it is hard to realize that there was a time when I was seldom feeling well.
