I am truly grateful for Christian Science, which is indeed an ever-present help. I was greatly benefited by it while going through a deep sorrow, when a loved one passed away. This statement from Science and Health (p. 259) met my needs: "Man cannot lose his individuality, for he reflects eternal Life; nor is he an isolated, solitary idea, for he represents infinite Mind, the sum of all substance." With these inspiring words I realized as never before man's oneness with God.

This truth is a healing balm when sorrow seems to come. Words are but feeble expressions of my gratitude for the benefits I have derived both physically and mentally. I shall strive to live the life that unlooses the fetters of mortal sense. I am thankful to God, and grateful to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who has shown us the way.

Elizabeth V. Williams, Denver, Col.

The above testimony as given by my wife is correct, and I must gladly say that the comfort which we have received through the understanding of Christian Science cannot be expressed in words.—Samuel T. Williams.
