Several years ago, after failing to find relief for gall-stones through materia medica, I turned at last to God, and through the work of a faithful Christian Science practitioner I was healed. Since then there have been many wonderful proofs of God's power and love, one of them being the painless birth of a little girl. One night this baby awoke with a high fever, but it was mastered in an hour through the declaration of the allness of God, and the next morning she was perfectly well and happy. My little boy has been healed of a very bad temper, besides many physical ailments. Many more blessings have come to me, such as the overcoming of fear, hatred, and jealousy, and they have indeed been wonderful; but the greatest blessing of all is the understanding of God as an all-loving Father-Mother, a perfect creator. In the last two years it has seemed necessary for me to do all manner of physical labor, such as mowing grass and driving the cultivator. Though sometimes I have felt so tired that I could not do any more, the next day I have been fresh and ready for work. I am in the best of health.

I enjoy the wonderful privilege of the Lesson-Sermons and am teaching my two little ones the truth. I hope I may be a channel to spread this healing word. I cannot express my love and gratitude for this blessed truth, the truth Jesus taught and lived and now again revealed to mankind through Mrs. Eddy.—Clara Vail, Pasadena, Cal.
