I wish to express my gratitude to God for the instantaneous healing which came to us through Christian Science. My mother was taken ill with severe pains in her back, and in fact all over her body, so that she could not move or turn in bed without intense suffering. She asked for Christian Science help, so I telephoned to a practitioner, asking for treatment at once, and very soon my mother said she felt better, and later fell asleep. She slept soundly all night, and in the morning she rose bright and early, dressed herself, and came down-stairs. When I asked her how she was, she said that she was perfectly well, and had no sense of lameness after that awful pain. She was very grateful to have had an instantaneous healing. She had been subject to these attacks and was always confined to her bed for a week or so, but this attack was overcome with one treatment in Christian Science.—Mrs. F. G. Dement, Berkeley, Cal.
