I wish to tell briefly of my healing through Christian Science, and of the many benefits I have received through the study of Science and Health in connection with the Bible. In 1901 I was bitten by a polecat, and poisoning soon set in. Sixteen days later I was taken to Oklahoma City to a Christian Science practitioner. When treatment began I could not stand on my feet, but within a week I was able to walk, and in a few weeks I was healed. Since that time I have studied the Christian Science text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, almost daily, and many are the ills which I have thereby met and overcome for myself and family. Occasionally I have helped others too. One case in particular was that of a little boy who was badly affected with a skin disease. His mother asked me to treat him, and I did so. I gave him treatments for two weeks, and he was perfectly healed.

For all of these healings I am deeply grateful, and I am sincerely thankful for the free and generous gifts of divine Truth. I am also grateful to Mrs. Eddy for showing us in her works the way to health and holiness.
