To show how thoroughly Christian Science heals, it came to me a few weeks ago that I am now quite free from a sense of great physical weakness experienced both before and for some time after I became interested in Christian Science. For two years, however, I have been free from it, and am naturally very grateful that I have been so completely healed as to have had the disease blotted out of my consciousness, even the memory of it, all this time. It is also interesting to look back and see my experience in Christian Science as a seemingly slow but sure awakening to the fact that divine law is always omnipresent, and that we progress either by obedience or, if we refuse to listen to "the still small voice" of Truth, by the suffering such refusal brings. The awakening to the importance of understanding, choosing, and using goodness in thought, word, and deed, is a glorious privilege to have had, and one for which I am deeply grateful to God, also to His messenger, Mrs. Eddy.
