In August, 1910, I concluded to try Christian Science treatment for a chronic stomach difficulty. I was at work in the city of Omaha, Neb., at that date, and being in great distress, I endeavored during my lunch hour to find a Christian Science practitioner. This I finally did, and told him my troubles, but added that I was due at work by one o'clock. He looked at his watch and found I had just eleven minutes. He told me to return at once and he would give me absent treatment. Then he walked with me to the elevator, and on reaching it I found that the distress I had endured all the morning, and for days at a time before, had left me, never to return. I thought it very wonderful at that time, as I had never seen or heard of the practitioner until then, and did not know anything about Christian Science. Now I know such healing is divinely natural. I am indeed thankful to know God, all good, an all-wise Father who watches over all, divine Love that meets every need, as I am being taught through the study of Christian Science.
Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude to God for this manifestation of divine Love, also to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy; and I would advise all who are in any manner afflicted to try Christian Science healing, for it leads to God, "who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases."—Mrs. Geneva Morton, Venice, Cal.
