I was healed of nasal catarrh in a serious form and of many years' standing by reading the Christian Science text-book. This trouble had come upon me almost unawares, through a long period of years, until it had assumed a chronic form. I will not enter into details as to the many different ways I was affected and seemingly hindered in my work as a teacher, but I was nervous and irritable, and growths had formed in my nose which affected my breathing. The doctor informed me that unless I had these growths removed, they would endanger the bones of my nose.

At this time I became interested in Christian Science, but not from any thought of physical benefit. I never thought of my physical condition when I began to read Science and Health, but I had not read very many weeks before I became suddenly aware one night, as the book dropped in my lap, that the catarrh was gone. That was over six years ago, and the healing has been complete. My nose is perfectly clear, and I have no difficulty whatever in breathing. I also wish to bear testimony to the spiritualization of thought realized through the study of Christian Science.
