Most unprejudiced people will note with satisfaction that the New Hampshire supreme court has upheld in one most important particular the legal validity of the will by which Mrs. Eddy left her personal fortune to the Christian Science church. The attack made on the will, after there had been ante-mortem settlements, has never been regarded with public sympathy, irrespective of any religious question involved.
